These policies define usage, security and operational rules for the Service to keep a stable, secure and legally traceable experience for users, customers and IaMythStudio.
You may not use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes, including scraping, hostile automation, unauthorized security testing, impersonation, fraud, spam, malware distribution, vulnerability exploitation or interference with the website. We may rate-limit, block IPs/accounts and take reasonable measures to protect the Service and third parties.
Information submitted through forms (support, sponsorship, registration and checkout) must be truthful, sufficient and not misleading. Illegal, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights is not allowed. You are responsible for the content you provide and for having the required permissions/licenses when applicable.
Downloads, licenses, access and deliverables may depend on order status, payment method and anti-fraud validation. Digital products are generally considered delivered once access/download is enabled. Abusive chargebacks, fraud or breach of terms may result in suspension of access and/or account restrictions.
We may log technical activity (e.g., IP address, device, operating system, timestamps, access patterns and risk signals) for security, operational auditing, abuse prevention and performance improvement. Internal access is restricted by role and operational necessity.
